Second Saturday (October 13, 2012).
Good presentation by Lise Embley. Attendance fair. Kentucky State's Homecoming Parade, for which our prospective attendees were warned, might have kept some away. The parade passes right in front of the History Center and blocks several streets. Still all in all pretty successful.

Wright Family Reunion
We had the Wright family reunion Saturday. It was held at my cousin's home just outside of Alton Station on Puckett Road. We had a healthy turnout with all my first cousins attending with the exception of the three who have passed away.
A few of my cousins have grandchildren. I scarcely know all of the names of my cousin's children.
I requested several of my cousins to provide me with birth information of all of their family. I need to update my genealogy records. The family appeared to be very interested in learning more of our family history. The pressure is on me to make presentable much of the data that I have compiled over the years.
On the same day, in the morning, the Bald Knob School reunion was held at the Lakeview Park Pavilion Frankfort. A decent turnout with hopes of building on this first reunion.
